Peru Customer Visits Jinan Robin ice Machinery Co.,Ltd, Reviewing 20-Ton Block Ice Machine Performance and Mapping Out Future Cold Chain Projects

Jinan Robin Ice Machinery recently welcomed a long-term customer from Peru to its new manufacturing base in Shanghe Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, Jinan. The customer, who previously purchased a 20-ton direct-cool block ice machine from the company, toured the new facility and reviewed the performance of the equipment already in operation back home.

A full walk-through of the new manufacturing base
The visit covered the company's production workshops, CNC machining equipment and testing laboratory. The customer was shown how the block ice machines, tube and flake ice machines, cold storage rooms and supporting ice handling systems are engineered, fabricated and tested before shipment.

The new Shanghe plant brings machining, assembly, pressure testing and performance testing under one roof, which shortens lead times and makes quality control easier to trace at every stage of production.

Reviewing the delivered 20-ton direct-cool block ice machine
The two sides went through the actual operating conditions of the 20-ton direct-cool block ice machine that has been running at the customer's site. Discussion focused on real-world performance data, maintenance routines and the spare parts plan, so that the equipment can keep running at full capacity through the customer's peak season.

A regular spare parts supply schedule was agreed in principle, along with a clearer after-sales response process for the Peruvian market.

Solutions adapted to local conditions in Peru
Rather than offering a standard catalogue configuration, the discussion centred on integrated ice plant solutions built around Peru's specific conditions — ambient temperature and humidity, the available power supply and voltage, water quality, and the installation constraints of the customer's site.

The new factory is now in mass production
