The 10-ton water-cooled flake ice machine is an industrial ice-making system with a daily production capacity of approximately 10,000 kg (10 tons). It operates by spraying a thin film of water onto the surface of an evaporator, allowing it to freeze, and then scraping it off to form thin flakes (typically 1.5–2.5 mm thick). Utilizing a water-cooling method, this equipment is ideally suited for applications such as aquatic product preservation, food processing, concrete cooling, and commercial fishing operations. Specifications: Daily production capacity of 10 tons/24h; Voltage: 380V, 3-phase, 50Hz (customizable); Refrigerant: Primarily R404A; Evaporator Material: SUS304/316 stainless steel; Ice Temperature: -5°C to -15°C; Total Power Consumption: Approx. 32–46 kW (depending on brand and compressor configuration). Cooling Method: Water-cooled (requires a matching cooling tower or circulating water system). Unlike air-cooled models, this system is suitable for high-temperature environments, locations with limited airflow, or noise-sensitive settings. Core Structure: Integrated or split-system design, comprising a rotary evaporator, ice-scraping mechanism, and ice storage hopper. Features automated control (PLC touchscreen) and produces soft flake ice with no sharp edges, ensuring high cooling efficiency.
